Panfish and Eggs for Breakfast!
One of my favorite all-time breakfast meals is fish and eggs. I love tuna, rice, and eggs in Hawaii. Walleye and eggs are amazing too, but never overlook some good old perch and bluegill for an awesome morning meal!
I went out to Silver Lake, Washington last week and caught a mess of good-sized perch and bluegill. You can read more about that trip HERE.

First you gotta catch some fish!
Here is how I cooked them up this morning for an amazing breakfast.
Ingredients:
Perch & Bluegill fillets with all bones removed
2 eggs
Whole milk
Pride of the West batter mix
Slap Ya Mama seasoning
Avocado oil

Prepare all ingredients before you start.

Finish the fillets off with some Slap Ya Mama Seasoning.
Directions:
Mix two raw eggs and whole milk in a cereal bowl.
Put fillets into the egg/milk mix and coat thoroughly.
Pour Pride of the West into a 1-gallon Ziploc bag.
Take fillets out of the mix and drop into the bag with the Pride of the West.
Shake the bag and coat all the fillets thoroughly with Pride of the West.
Put fillets onto a baking sheet and sprinkle both sides with Slap Your Mama seasoning.
Pour avocado oil into a large cast iron skillet and heat on high.
Once the oil is hot, drop in fillets, turn when golden brown, and take out when they float.
Use a clean pan to cook fried eggs over easy and serve with your panfish fillets.
