Michael and I working on the poppers
Jalapeño Poppers and grilled goose breast make a great party snack, or appetizer.
Ingredients List:
Goose Breast
Yoshitas Marinade sauce
Cream Cheese
Whole fresh Jalapeños
Bacon
Toothpicks
Here is the recipe that I got from my son Michael, it is easy and delicious.
Marinate your goose breast in Yoshitas Original Gourmet Marinade and cooking sauce for a couple of hours. I put the breast halves in a 1 gallon zip lock bag and pour in a healthy amount of Yoshitas, then put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
Cut and clean your jalapeños. Cut off the ends, then slice in half horizontally. Clean out the seeds and set aside. I would recommend wearing gloves for this step so you do not get on your skin, face or eyes.
Cut the marinated goose breast into small pieces that will fit on the sliced Jalapeños.
Cut Bacon into small strips the length of your Jalapeños
Load the Jalapeños with cream cheese first, then place a goose strip on top of the cream cheese, then place the cut bacon piece on top of the goose and secure with a toothpick.
Cook at 350 degrees until bacon is almost done
Finnish off on "Broil" for a few minutes to cook the bacon thouroughly.
When the Bacon is done, the poppers are done!
Place poppers on a platter and serve!
Hope you enjoy!
