Winter Steelhead season is Here!! This is a great recipe for Winter Steelhead that we found on Pinterest from Olga Olga's Flavor Factory. You can link to her recipe HERE . We tried it tonight and loved it, so here is the info on how you can make it too.
I only changed a couple of things from her recipe. We used truffle salt instead of regular salt, we used both parsley and dill, and I cooked it on the grill not in the oven.

I love fresh Winter Steelhead!
Gather up and prepare all of your ingredients
Fresh Parsley & Dill, Shallots, Garlic, Lemon and Butter.
Sauté the all the ingredients in the pan, then pour over the fresh steelhead fillets
Top it off with fresh dill and parsley
Cook on the grill at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes
Serve with fresh cut vegetables for a hearty, healthy and delicious winter dinner.
